AGE Concern Eastbourne offers a FREE, impartial, general Information and Advice service for older people in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.
Following funding from DCLG via FirstStop Advice (FirstStop), Age Concern Eastbourne has extended their Advice and Information service into the community around Eastbourne and the surrounding area. We are working in partnership with Eastbourne Homes, utilising the facilities within some of their sheltered schemes. - Local concerns
If we cannot immediately provide you with an answer we will research your enquiry and get back to you as soon as possible.
If you require specialist advice we can, with your permission, refer you to a relevant organisation such as Social Services, Trading Standards, Department of Work & Pensions and Citizens Advice Bureau, where you can be appropriately advised.
Alternatively, there are various services at the Venton Centre available (Financial Advice, Legal Advice, Will Writing, Pensions, Council Tax and Housing Benefit Advice, Tax Advice) with a booking facility, on different days and times of the month.
