All our health walks commence at 10:30am
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Monday – Lifeboat Museum to Pier
Enjoy an invigorating short walk of under a mile along the seafront from the Lifeboat Museum to the Pier. We meet at the Lifeboat Museum (opposite Carlisle Road) on Mondays (except Bank Holidays).
Wednesday – Hampden Park
A 45 minute walk covering 1.5 miles takes place at Hampden Park on Wednesdays, meeting at the Lakeside Tea Chalet
Thursday – Sovereign Harbour
If you are feeling a little bolder why not try a three mile circular walk from Sovereign Harbour to the Sovereign Centre. We meet outside “Seasons” in Sovereign Harbour on Thursdays.
Each walk finishes at a cafe. Our wellness walks are a fantastic way to learn about the health benefits of walking. You also get to meet new friends and take in the uplifting scenery.
Please remember to wear comfortable shoes, dress appropriately for the weather and bring some water. If you are worried about your health, please make sure you check with your doctor before increasing your level of activity.
