Tai Chi is an ancient art with many of its fundamental principles reflecting ancient Chinese wisdom. At its essence it is a gentle exercise that encourages relaxation, improves flexibility and posture and benefits co-ordination, stamina and balance.
Various Classes are available during the week to suit beginners and there are continuation classes for those wishing to learn more. Please contact reception for details of all the courses on offer.
