Age Concern Eastbourne are looking to recruit a Registered Manager who can lead and manage our Homecare and Home From Hospital Services. We have a team of compassionate, dedicated and highly skilled staff who enable those we support to continue living independently in their own homes. Reporting to the Director of Social Enterprise, the role will involve the following:
Ensuring care and support is person-centered and complies with all CQC regulations.
Ensure the Homecare and home from hospital service targets are met.
Respond to any complaints and resolve them in a timely and efficient manager,
Ensure the Homecare service is adequately staffed at all times.
Oversee the on-call rota.
Working with the Director of Social Enterprise to develop our nail care service.
The successful Manager will have:
- Minimum working towards Diploma Level 5 for Care Managers or equivalent.
- Relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of care standards, regulations and relevant legislation.
