Achievements
AGE Concern Eastbourne provides many services that helps older people in our town, and assists the local economy.
One such service is Welfare Rights, which helps older people in Eastbourne benefit from attendance allowance, disability allowance, pension credits, housing benefit and council tax benefit.
The additional income our Welfare Rights team gained on behalf of our clients from May 2010 to April 2011 amounted to three-quarters of a million pounds, the majority of which will be invested into the local economy by purchasing goods and services in the community.
